  We recently had dealings with this company, STAY AWAY. We rented a car for four days in the beginning of our trip. The car was old but was fine for our purpose. We had reserved a 12 passenger van for ourselves and 5 other people who arrive at a later date. The van was dropped off at our hotel on the morning of 3/14. After loading our luggage we drove to our next hotel. The van was advertised as new, but had over 120,000 miles on the odometer. The front end was so bad it made a constant clunking sound, and the steering was so bad the steering wheel wobbled almost uncontrollably when taking corners. We were forced to use taxis and only used the van when we attempted to locate their offices. We emailed them with no response and called their office several times again with no response. We found their office on the day we left, which was closed. We had to leave the van in the public parking lot due to the lack of responses from their offices.

  I love Royal - Car Rental Aruba, anyplace and any state I go I use them. Continuously cordial and grins. Have nothing terrible to state. I will keep on working with them whenever.

  Avoid this place if you can. Rented a jeep because all the other options were booked, More 4 Less, Hertz, Top Drive, etc. The Jeep was very tired, seat belt alarm went off non stop, windows didnt work unless you moved the door harness just right, remote key lock didnt work. All of this would be ok, not great but ok, but what really bothered me was every time you unlocked the car the alarm went off. So all day it was going off. So I mentioned this to the guy picking the jeep up and he knew all about it. He said they new and it was from the remote not working. I felt tricked as they knowingly gave it to me unlocked and running and knew it was going to do that. Very untruthful if you ask me. That being said, get a jeep in Aruba and enjoy the island. Its beautiful.

  Excellent experience with discount car rental. Extremely friendly, fast, efficient and honest. Good people renting good vehicles. I recommend Royal - Car Rental Aruba!!!

  Good people. I had to make last minute car rental changes and they were able to accommodate me. flight was cancelled and had to adjust our trip and car rental. they picked us up from the airport with a van, dropped us off at their office. the Jeep was clean and ready for us. They explained a few things about the rental agreement and we were enjoying the rest of the day. Great deal for 3 days. it wasnt a brand new Jeep, but that was not a problem for me. on the last day, they came to our hotel to pick up, no issues. Thanks.
