  Takes 2.5-3 hours. For some reason you have to check your bags, wait in a giant line, go through security, get through Aruba customs, walk through a large duty free area, pick up your bags, go through US customs, check your bags again, go through security again...then you get to wait at your gate. The best part is the AC only seemed to work in the duty free zone. An accident I'm sure.
