::Not quite sure why this place would ever get 1 Star. Cocktails were on point EVERY time. Our server was very dry but so pleasant! Food was great and reasonably priced. We’re from Florida and this place is comparable to a really great beach side bar/restaurant. Seriously personable people and great food at great prices. If you are at baby beach and want a nice light meal and great cocktails this IS the place!!!

::We stopped at Rum Reef for lunch when we were out touring island on Harley. Great location between Rodgers & Baby Beaches. We eat downstairs outside which was very convenient. I had the grouper burger & she had crab wrap, both were excellent and service was quick and good.

::The biggest disappointment of One Happy Island was lunch at Rum Reef. My husband and I ordered the Crab Wrap and Tuna Wrap expecting succulent chunks of fresh crab and light, meaty pieces of fresh tuna. Instead, the wraps were meagerly filled with an unpalatable imitation crab salad and tuna salad. Even the French fries served with the wraps tasted (and smelled) a little funky. The highlight of the whole meal was the island specialty hot sauce, but even that couldn’t save the disgusting sandwiches. Perhaps more disappointing than the food was that the patio seating isn’t on the ocean side of the building. Save yourself and your belly from this appalling food and BYOF for waterfront dining on Baby Beach.

::I had order some juice and tried to pay with credit card, the guy said rudely that do not accept credit card for bills less than 15 dollars! Ok! Then I paid with cash and asked for the receipt Then the man started asking me “ why do you need a receipt” ??? Why does he need to know what I am going to do with the receipt?!?! Then he got a piece of paper and wrote down the value and gave it to me! Saying that that was the receipt that he has!!! What is the problem to give me a receipt? Why be so rude!? That is ridiculous!!!!
