  Never pick up phone and when receiving anything (3 times experience) no service at all with enormous delays blaming it on customs services, while it actually is FedEx not preparing the paperwork in time... Better go with DHL or UPS!!! Never experienced worse postal service in any country that i have ever been at...

  Shipped a package on 4.24.17 containing otc vitamins purchased from Walmart for my mom. Provided receipt when asked. As of now, the package is still delayed and no one answers the phone in Aruba to explain why it's still delayed smh

  The answering machine always comes up busy which is very frustrating
