  My husband I stayed in Brisas for 2 weeks, owner Fredy is very nice guy, helpful with arranging car rental and other things, we were treated like old friends. There are only 3 or 4 rooms in total, cleaning lady comes 3 times a week. Room is very nice, equipped with all kitchen stuff, we cooked quite often. Snorkeling equipment, beach chair, beach bag, beach towels and cooling box are available in the room, super sweet and useful. Brisas is about 15min walking distance from Palm Beach, where those big and fancy resorts are, also lots of restaurants and bars, noise & crowds, we enjoyed our quiet in Brisas. We were there for holiday, not party, but we still go there for drinks at nights, then we come back to Brisas for the quiet sleeping. However, you need a car to see the whole island, and even temperature says 31C, but feels like 38C (no kidding), you don't want to walk during the day, there's is no one on streets. we paid about $40/day for a normal car, it was so worth it.

  Sehr schöne gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft. Super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Der Preis ist günstig und völlig gerechtfertigt. Jeden 2. Tag wird die Wohnung gesäubert und das sehr ordentlich. Man hat eine eigene Terasse und wohnt sehr ruhig und doch mittig auf der Insel. War ein top Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

  Excellent price-performance ratio! Cosy appartment with beautiful patio garden. Hummingbirds were nesting in the palm plants - AMAZING! Friendly, privately owned and clean. You need a car to get there. The neighborhood is rather low class. The best beaches (Eagle beach, Manchebo Beach) and the great Super Food Plaza are in reach by car within 5-7 minutes.
