  Very, very bad experience. The car was extremely old and very neglected. I had old stickers from another front line company. The tires in very bad condition. The car was from 2014. I was told it was with manual changes and it was not like that. And Mr. JORGE JIMENEZ never answered my phone. THEY DID NOT LET ME CHANGE THE CAR. A TRUE DISASTER AND WHAT YOU HAVE FOR THE WEB OF ACORENT A CAR AND THE PROVIDER WAS SMART RENT - Jorge Jimenez

  Worst car rental experience we ever had. Such a unprofessional company. Never risk to rent a car with them!! We have rented a car few weeks before arriving to Aruba. Payed the deposit and got confirmation to print and check in with. After arriving at Aruba, we couldn't fine ACO car rental where we had directions where to pick up. A helpful guy from another company called for us and gave me the phone. I was just told" we are sorry, we don't have any more available cars, we can't do anything. I would stay away from them!!
