::We placed an online RSVP for 2 door Jeep rental in Aruba. They brought the Jeep to our Hotel and picked it up from Hotel all in a timely fashion. It could not of been any easier. The price was fair. The Jeep its self worked well, AC (even though we had the top down the whole time), stereo. Thanks Royal car rental for making our vacation top notch.

::Renter beware! No official receipt and asked to pay cash for ādamageā found when we returned the jalopy. Take lots of photos and donāt let them rush you to get going when you pick up the car. The driver to the airport was the 1 star rating.

::Best customer service ever! We rented a jeep here to go out and look at the natural pools at the national park. An employee here came and personally dropped off the car at our airbnb. When we returned the car at the rental place, he gave us a lift back across the street to the airport and helped us unload our suitcases. Wish that more car rental places gave out this level of care!

::Good value. Car rental on the island is expensive. These guys are reasonable. Issues with our first vehicle were resolved right away. We called in the morning, drove over and received a replacement within 15 minutes. If you want a Wrangler, book ASAP.

::Terrible cars and terrible customer service. Rented two cars With our family and both cars had issues with leaking oil. With one of the rentals, they replaced the leaking van with smoking van. And with the Jeep that had a rusted oil pan, they accused us of off roading and told us that we were responsible for the damages. When in fact we had a photo to prove that the oil pan was rusted and the hole was no where near the bottom where something would have actually punctured it. It was clearly an issue of poor mantance on their end. Do NOT rent from this company. Their cars are not worth their ācompetitiveā cheep prices.
