Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly as so are all of its members as well. Many class times to choose from with great programming as well as Open box supplement work recommended or to do your own thing , is you so desire .

::My fiancé Pat and I had an amazing experience at Muscles and Lungs Crossfit in Aruba! We did four drop-ins during our vacation and wish we could have done more! Javier is an amazing coach. The facility, programming, and atmosphere was nothing short of the best. We stayed at the Marriott Stellaris and loved how we could walk to class in the morning! We can’t wait to come back next year for our honeymoon!

::Javier and his crew are some of the most hospitable people we've met! Very responsive and very insightful! This was our first time in Aruba and they were a wealth of knowledge beyond the fitness talk. Muscles and Lungs get a lot of drop ins which can be hard on a community but everyone was so inviting and welcoming as we joined their class. Fabulous open space facility with many amenities to make it a great experience.
