  Stayed here for a week with my family and absolutely pleased with the house, pool and area. The house is beautiful inside and out. Very simple small bedrooms but very ample living rooms. Overall, very pleased and will definitely stay here again! Home away from home!

  What a beautiful villa! Certainly more than enough space for our family of 5. Would be perfect for 4 couples. Huge modern kitchen with seating around the island for 12! (or more) Extra large dining and living area with a powder room, so that makes 5 washrooms! Large covered dining area outside beside the pool. Ivan, the host, was so friendly and looked after our needs. Although it didn't bother us, future renters should be aware that the maintenance shed is attached to this villa and there is some residual noise throughout the day. We would definitely recommend Merlot Villas to our friends.

  The gate can only open with a clicker. There is a button behind the gate for vehicles to get out or if you want to leave. The gated community is around the corner from a convenience store (liquor, prepacked deli meat, perishable items, drinks etc.)
