  If I could put this store at a 0 I would. The gentlemen that came to aid us was extremely rude and condescending from the moment we entered the store. At the simple request of asking to put a watch on hold he continued to push to buy it right now and made no attempt to have any ounce of respect for a customer. He even went to level of mocking and walking away as attempting to negotiate. It took very little effort to see that anything this store had to offer was available at a better rate with kinder and friendly services elsewhere. WORD OF WARNING: avoid this store at all costs there are many other retailers much more willing to understand the value of a customer.

  The salesman was extremely rude when looking for a watch. They charged more for the same watch than any other stores in the area. I would recommend looking at any of the other retailers in the area for friendlier staff and better prices. Also beware of their return policy. Most stores will allow returns in this area, but after trying to return a watch 1 day after purchasing it we were told there would be a 20% restocking fee

  What can I say about a jeweler I have seen every year for the last 10. Not only are the prices good but the service is outstanding. Sunny as well as VJ are the best watch men on the Island. If he doesn't have it, he will get it. The jewelry selection is just as good with pricing very competitive. You cant beat the blue either. Cant wait to see what he finds for me next year.

  I had purchased a blue diamond ring from Aruba Little Europe Jewelry store during my vacation in April. One of the blue diamond fell out of the ring, 1 week later. I paid a reasonable amount for this ring. I have reach out to contact Sonny at the Store several times. They asked me to send an email with a photo of the ring. I had done this several times and have not heard back. I am very disappointed with this service. I have purchased many pieces of Jewelry during my travels and I have never had an issue. I want to let buyers be aware, when purchasing items from this store. The jewelry will not be of good quality.
