Xanadu Yoga
::I did my SUP Yoga teacher training at Island Yoga. It was the most educational, well thought out and organized teacher training I’ve ever done. It was five days of hands on experience on the SUP in addition to yoga classes taught in studio by different instructors for each class. So I got to learn about many styles of yoga while there. Island Yoga had just opened and Rachel successfully managed the studio while also managing our teacher training. This training prepared students for teaching in the yoga industry as I got a SUP Yoga teaching job immediately after taking this training. This training was truly one of the most memorable experiences in my yoga career. I highly recommend Island Yoga for teacher training, taking classes and the global yoga community that Rachel beautifully created.

I have enjoyed many classes here when I visit Aruba as it is a short walk from the Hyatt where I usually stay. Definitely check it out if you are visiting Aruba. Traveling? You can rent a mat so don’t worry about bringing one.
