  It's a bus with wings. Not the newest planes, but for the 20 minutes flights I put price over look. We flew four flights with insel. All flights was timely and run smoothly and staff polite.

  Always late, cancels regularly and terrible service.

  Não viajem com a Insel Air. Tivemos uma péssima experiência recentemente. Compramos ida e volta de Curaçao para Aruba (08 a 14 de março) e simplesmente em menos de 24h antes do voo, cancelaram nosso retorno para Curaçao, sendo que já tínhamos efetuado a check in e por consequência perderíamos nosso retorno de Curaçao para São Paulo. A atendente da Insel Air em Aruba não se importou e não nos ajudou em nada para sanar o problema. Tivemos que trocar o nosso retorno para sairmos de Aruba para SP e em nenhum momento a empresa se importou com nossa situação ou com os gastos que teríamos. Gastamos um valor alto para podermos retornar ao Brasil e não tivemos nenhum suporte da Insel Air. Em Aruba existe a Aruba Airlines que faz o trajeto para Curaçao e nos pareceu uma empresa maior e muito mais comprometida. Sem contar que as aeronaves são novas, diferentes da Insel Air. Por tudo isso Não recomendo a Insel Air!

  Avoid these airlines. Their staff is nice and friendly but they got only two planes. One is broken at the moment and they are not able to rebook you to another flight. Our flight was cancelled and they were looking for alternative for nine hours. We were lucky and booked tickets by another airlines on the same day afternoon.
