  I wanted to give 3 and a half stars but had to do four stars by default . Hotels rooms were nice ,nothing insanely special. The hotels right on a beautiful beach. I wish the food options were better. I was expection a larger seafood selection. Also they don't offer any Turkey substitutes for people who don't eat pork or red meat. The people were cool and the pools were nice too. So over all I'm not mad I had to do 4 stars

  Excellent customer service, all staff were great. Rooms were a bit dated. But clean and well maintained. Security was always present. Nice partial Ocean view. Location was great for all events and shopping within walking distance. Would stay again.

  This place is amazing. Staff is great! It was our honeymoon after 4 years of being married and they treated us like Kings and Queens. They upgraded our room to the top floor and sent us some complementary sparkling wine with a cheese, nut and apple tray. And the view! We will stay here anytime we visit. I have attached a photo from our room balcony. So beautiful!!!!!

  Don't be fooled by the name holiday inn. Its only in name. The room is clean nothing spectacular but everything else they offer is extremely wonderful. The best part of the beach on the entire island, the pools the, 5 star dining, the service and the drinks. Go all inclusive it even pleased this New Yorker with high standards. You won't be disappointed I promise!

  Other than check is a bit slow for my good taste, this hotel offers the best of both worlds when it comes to having the pool and the beach right there next to you with a lovely bar right in between these 2. Breakfast is awesome, it offers great variety to choose from. If you're big on casino, in my opinion the casino inside offers an okay casino, there are some better outside the property. The rooms are nice, clean, and very comfortable. No complaints about that whatsoever. As far as the staff everyone is very friendly and helpful, specially Kim who helped us a lot which we appreciate it.
