::Nice hotel. Very clean. Good service. Nice restaurants close by walking distance. Spa not so wonderful but still relaxing. Beautiful sight

::I enjoyed my recent stay here! During COVID, they were on the ball with their cleaning and staff wearing face masks and hand sanitizers everywhere. The breakfast in the mornings was GREAT! Our server Danny was also excellent and the entire F&B staff at Sunset Grill! The bar staff like Ramon and Jean Pierre were also great drink makers. The room and the hotel grounds were immaculate and as the occupancy was low, the hotel was a relaxing stay. The hotel is near to great restaurant spots and the beach is amazing. A big thanks to Silvio, the bellman who helped me to close my suitcase, clearly I overpacked! Haha!

::I stayed at the Hilton Aruba for 6 nights and 7 days. I was treated less than standard for being a Diamond member. I was lied to, policies were not followed and my room was not ready on day of arrival. They fell short of expectations at this property and I used points for my entire stay! This is only in short for the experience I had. The points I used do not match the service or amenities I shouldāve experienced. Iām extremely upset and Iāve been a member for years. I was lied on my first day. I spoke to Grace and she gave me a horrible view that was supposedly a partial ocean view. It was the first room right off the elevator which was the farthest from the ocean... when I confronted her she told me that the ocean view/ front was not available. I called the Diamond desk and was on hold for 1 hour until I got Nelson on the phone whoās the director of front services. He basically said that the room was available but itās not clean.... Iāve been in contact with Grace from the beginning and she knew it was my birthday and anniversary and she still treated me less than a Diamond member. She kept saying ā this is not available for Diamond guestsā. My friend whoās not even a Hilton honors member was given the last room partial ocean view and it was better than the first room I was given... 3 days later Nelson changed my room to an Ocean front after the whole hassle I had to go through. Then, more problems came with that ... AC was loud and rattling, construction in the morning drilling a whole right by the pool. I had 2 separate reservations that I booked with points and Tasha said that I wasnāt supposed to receive another drink voucher because I already received vouchers for my first reservation. This is NOT true and wrong because Iāve stayed at other properties and every-time I have 2 separate reservations I get my benefits all over again. Also, she billed my room without me looking at the bill and charged my card. She admitted she was wrong and apologized. Water bottle were NOT available in rooms and i had to buy from the market a huge case of bottles. Iām extremely aggravated and upset at this stay. I work hard for the points I used and Iām a loyal member.

::Best hotel hands down mainly due to the wonderful staff! The staff knew our names and gave us the best greeting everyday and made you feel like family. We felt like VIP the whole time. Thanks to our breakfast crew Albert, Lillian and the host Cecilia. I forget the gentleman's name at the bar on the hill we called him big man, and he was great and also took the time to get to know us. On my birthday when we went to dinner, the waiter overheard it was my birthday and they surprised us with a cake and came out singing to me. They really made our trip!! The hotel also had hand sanitizer stations everywhere since it's during the COVID pandemic. They even had everyone sanitize before going into a restaurant or gift shop. Water sports are right outside on the beach and the hotel even had days where we could kayak and stand up paddle boat for free. They even had a dive in movie one night at the pool. We will be back!

::What a paradise. Food was outstanding. Drinks were awesome, make sure to have the Aqua Aloe with gin. Rooms were clean and tidy, the whole hotel was spotless. The grounds were beautiful and the parrots were awesome. Breakfast buffet was delicious! The beach was beautiful and well groomed. The water was on the cool side but felt great after being cooked by the sun. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about going to Aruba.
