  Aruba Island, which I visited for the first time. He kindly and diligently responded to us, a Japanese who doesn't understand English at all. I was able to rent a car safely. It is convenient because it is in the hotel.

  Worked with a woman named Arielly. She was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and couldn’t be bothered. She doesn’t speak English well enough to answer your questions about the rental fees and holds. When you question or ask for clarification on the amount of money she is charging you or placing on hold she tells you that if you refuse you will have “big problems with Hertz that you don’t want.” She said one thing to me at pick up and another at drop off. She said I could drop the car off at 4:30pm and then at drop off tried to charge me extra because she had written down 2pm. Horrible experience - will never go back again, stay clear!!

  Thank you for that review! We were looking for a weekly rental and they had cars/prices we were interested in but I don't want to sign a blank form!!! We will look for another rental agency for our trip.
