  Horrible customer service. Waited in their office for hours on multiple different occasions simply to confirm transfers to the airport. I was given no option to make an appointment and no one acknowledged us or how much longer the wait would be. Our overpriced airport transfer was a bus ride that made numerous stops at other resorts. It took 2 hours to get to our hotel. It is much easier, faster, and cheaper to take a taxi. We were told we could not be refunded for the return trip to the airport and were simply told it was “policy.” I would not recommend this company.

  Day one on the island we took the discover Aruba tour. Louis was our tour guide and he was great! It was nice to be able to check out the whole island. I learned so much with the tour than I would have learned if I had just rented a car and drove around. Lunch was at the all inclusive De Palm Island and I give that 3 stars. It was very crowded and couldn’t get seconds at the buffet due to the long line/time constraints. Snorkeling at Baby Beach was amazing. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting for the first time, or for those who normally stick to one area and want to see it all! P.S. I got very burnt at one of the stops that last no more that 15 min. Wear sunscreen even though you won’t be in the sun much!

  If you are lucky enough to get Bert as your tour guide, then you are very fortunate! He is knowledgeable, funny, able to answer our questions, fun and a pleasure to be around. We took a tour of Aruba, a three hour tour, drove by Arashi beach, the rock bridges, the rough east coast, the butterfly farm, a small historic church, a Lighthouse, and downtown. Bert pointed out many interesting sights. The tour was definitely money well spent! Go Bert!

  This is a 5 Star Tour, our driver Roland was amazing, he was very instructive and we learned so much more about this beautiful island and its people. We took the 4 x 4 Natural Pool excursion and Roland was a very truthful driver, we had an awesome time. We will go back and asked for Roland to be our designated tour guide. Ira & Desi (04-17-18)

  Found this company while still in Toronto and emailed them with some questions as we didn't stay on a resort which is how they pick up their guests. They responded back immediately and helped us figure out the closet pick up location. The bus ride to the garage was in itself enjoyable and a bit of a guided tour. We did an island tour and RV tour with De Palm and each were really enjoyable with amazing guides. Highly recommend.
