  You must visit this picturesque bar while you go to San Nicholas. If you can bring something from your hometown with location they'll post it or hang. Drinks and bartenders are awesome.! 🍺🍹👍

  This is the best bar we have visited on the island. The drinks are priced evenly with the rest of the island but the charm of Charlie's and the atmosphere is what will lure you back. We had the best conversation with the bartender, learning about true Aruban culture and economics, but with a flare of sass. The decor is hilarious. Drop your guard a bit and allow yourself to laugh. AMAZING food to boot! We will be back.

  Took a taxi from the holiday inn ALL the way there on July 5th, got there around 7pm. As we were pulling up, someone came out and told us it was closing in 15 minutes as he started shutting the shutters. Even the cab driver was passed! He said he was going to report it to the tourism bureau! Didn't get out at all because it certainly looked like there was nothing to do. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THAT AREA!

  Bar keep Tony & Charlie are knowledgeable about the drinks & food. I especially enjoyed my conversation with Charlie on Environmental issues that are effecting the island. A lot of history and stories to listen too.

  Overflowing with atmosphere. I hear food varies, but we were very happy with the fish chowder and catch of the day choices. Family visits during the day for sure. Charlie's is in the San Nicolas red light district; evening activities are likely interesting.
