  Disappointing and underwhelming! Issues in the room. Was asked prior to checking in about dietary restrictions and then we had to continually tell them at the restaurants. Was asked by email on arrival time and yet we still had to wait until 4 pm to check in even though the hotel was not full. Overall just not up to par. This is from someone that stayed about half of the year at the Marriott this year. I am currently just short of ambassador status. By the way don't expect to be upgraded, they didn't even say a word about it.

  Place is overrated food is mediocre and very expensive, for example basic breakfast $85 for two ! There is super friendly staff, everyone is smiling and very friendly

  We played bingo here on a sunday, it was nice. We had to be there at 12 eventhough the bingo starts at 2, because otherwise we would not have gotten a table. We were a group of 6. They called the numbers pretty fast so that was nice too, you don’t have to wait really long to play. Unlimited drinks and you get a snack! The only thing was that the waiters were scarce, we only ordered drinks twice because we could not see any waiters around. All in all a good experience.

  I am currently staying here. It’s thursday night at 7:45 the casino is not busy at all, took over 1/2 hour just to get a complimentary drink, mean while I’ve put over $75 into the slot machine. Customer service! The casino however is clean and neat. Other than the wait staff other employees are very friendly and helpful.
