  My fiance visited this spa with her mother, sister, and sister in law. They bought an assortment of treatments and spent hundreds of dollars expecting to receive top quality service and maximum relaxation. Instead, the front desk manager was rude, impatient, and completely inflexible. She refused to honor a coupon we received from the hotel associated with the spa. The tradedy didn't end there, as the massages were superficial and felt more like an oily back rub than a massage. The slippery, sub par fiasco would not have been worth it it was free. Avoid this spa!
