  I have worked with Jan Falcone, Owner of Aruba Palms and found her extremely knowledgeable about not only the island but also about the market on Aruba. She also has the Inside scoop on properties that will be becoming available and when, as many owners/homeowners work with her to strategize moving their properties with smooth transitions. I have found Jan to be kind, considerate and understanding of moving dates when they change. She’s been immensely helpful with folks I referred to her for both rentals and buying. I would be very comfortable referring my friends and clients to Aruba Palms Realtors. One last item, Jan is EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to phone calls and emails...this is a huge plus in my opinion!

  WORST REALTOR ON THE ISLAND JAN FALCONE IS A DISASTER EVEN RENTED MY HOME BEHIND MY BACK AND KEPT THE MONEY TOTAL CROOK

  jan falcon is easily the worst realtor on the island she was found to be very rude and has not been reliable in any way shape or form this is definitely one realtor to avoid at all cost she is nothing more than a liar and a cheat in every facet of the way she does business jan Falcon is makkelijk de slechtste makelaar op het eiland. Ze bleek erg onbeleefd te zijn en is niet betrouwbaar op een of andere manier vorm of vorm. Dit is zeker een makelaar om te vermijden ten koste van haar. Ze is niets meer dan een leugenaar en een vals in elke facet van de manier waarop ze zaken doet jan falcon es fácilmente el peor agente de bienes raíces en la isla, se descubrió que era muy grosera y no ha sido confiable de ninguna forma o forma, este es definitivamente un agente inmobiliario para evitar a toda costa que ella no es más que una mentirosa y una trampa en cada faceta de la forma en que hace negocios
