Great location, good beach, but can get crowded due to size. Definitely rent a Palapa for 3 days. Rooms are good, food is excellent, you can also eat at any of the nearby Marriott's so selection is good. Lobby has very friendly and helpful people to get you oriented and on your way. My biggest problem is the restaurant prices, beer selection and mixed drink price/ quality. The food is good, but not at those prices. The mixed drinks were decent, but small and not worth the prices, very limited beer selection.

Very nice resort and fairly well maintained. Very professional and polite staff, who go out of their way to be helpful. Only complaint is that it's hard getting chairs at the pool and menu selection is limited.

Starbucks was great and the pool/beach area is nice. Pity the beach bar closes so early, so we had happy hour drinks outside the bar next to the restaurant, however the area looked sloppy and the service was slow considering we were the only customers. We ordered from the Tapas menu and would rate the food as barely average. Would not return to that bar.

This was a excellent hotel. They have a wonderful staff that takes good care of everything. Had a great time. The location was great and the outside and restaurants are top notch.

Hotel and beach are nothing special. Pool is small, plain. Club level looms would be economy anywhere else. Food choices are limited. But the service is ABYSMAL—rude, inattentive, inappropriate, sarcastic. EVERYWHERE. Our beach server didn’t return for 2 HOURS after he brought our drinks. I flagged down another server (Chris) who said “You aren’t in my section. That guy is your server (points to server that has not checked on us in hours). If you have a problem, you can tell the management over there (points at hotel). “ The casino staff is just as awful. The bartender yesterday (really big guy) first gave me an attitude when I asked to do a room charge and then when I paid in cash, he refused a $100 bill. It’s. A. CASINO. We are Rewards members and this was our experience. I can’t imagine what everyone else deals with. I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me. I wish I had left days ago.
