  Good, quick check-in upon arrival and departure. Very nice and thoroughly went over all dents and damage when taking car. BE SURE YOU DO THIS! Aruba's parking spaces are TINY! You get dents and dings all the time.

  This review has more to do with operations of Queen Beatrix Airport, but it applies to Alamo and the other car companies that are located on airport. Our flight was delayed 4 hours due to weather and plane operations. We arrived at Aruba airport at 12:30 a.m. all airport operations were completely shut down. I had a 9:00 p.m. reservation at Alamo for 1 week. They close at 10:30 p.m. many of my fellow passengers had car rental reservations and all car rental offices were closed. How were a plane full of passengers going to get to their hotels with no taxi’s waiting or airport ground personnel to assist? Chaos is what you have! Not only did it take a couple of hours to get to your hotel because all of the taxi’s were elsewhere on the island. It’s Friday night! Next day I called Alamo and couldn’t get through for 1 entire day! What kind of service is this? If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m. be aware that this airport closes early and the car rental offices also close early no exceptions! You’re on your own! Be prepared! Taxi fare to Palm Beach from airport, late night, no more than $28.00 USD!

  Everyone is very helpful here. Oliver was great to work with. I initially went to Budget but walked out because of the attitudes from some of the workers behind the desk. Glad I did.

  Excellent service, and nice car!! On the road in less than 15 minutes, 2 very kind ladies on the front desk
